Company: Our partner is a highly successful manufacturer and wholesaler of products to supermarkets. They manufacture in Sydney, including food, automotive products and aerosol products. They are currently looking for someone willing to use their knowledge, learn and be part of a great team.

Ideal Candidate:

A self-driven and self-starter candidate is a must
Proactive and autonomous
Very organised
Good level of English
Able and willing to manage ambitious projects
Strong background in HR

Missions:

Participate in the elaboration of the new HR system
Restructure old processes, procedures and policies
Make the new processes suitable for a company of their size
Drive a complete overhaul of their HR
Make sure there is a smooth change over from the old system to the new one

Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

Startingmonths - Duration: ASAP / 3 - 4 months

Allowance: Paid Internship -> AUD $100 / week
